Shipping: We are happy to offer free shipping on orders $100+ in Canada. We ship all orders using Canada Post or Purolator. At this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes and your order will be cancelled if a PO box is added at check out

Local Pick: For a short-time we are offering local pick-up for anyone in the area. You'll receive an email from us letting you know when your order is ready for pick-up.

Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at lumiereharriet@gmail.com with the following information:

• A photo(s) of any damage to the shipping box and/or the product
